		<description>Hi Roger, your suggestion of the day (walk everywhere you can) is so simple to implement in our day to day routines.

I&#039;m fortunate that I have created a lifestyle where I controll all my businesses from the comfort of my home.

At the beginning of every day I go for a 2 mile walk. I have done this rain and shine for quite some time now and even if I had job where I had to commute, I would still incorporate the walk as part of my day.

As we both know, the hardest thing for most people to do is to take the first step which is to decide.

I would encourage anyone who does not any exercise to just commit to yourself to walk for just 30 minutes every day.

The results will amaze you. :-)</description>
