At Seattle Hypnosis with Roger Moore I have been teaching hypnosis for sleep since 1997. In a November 24, 2014, About Health post, Cathy Wong, ND, writes, “Hypnosis (also known as “hypnotherapy”) is often touted as a natural treatment for chronic sleep disorders, a problem estimated to affect millions of Americans each year. Although hypnosis has yet to be extensively studied in treatment of insomnia and other sleep-related conditions, the existing research hints that hypnosis may be of some use in achieving sounder sleep.”
And on June 19, 2014, HealthDay News reported that “A short session of hypnosis might lead to a better night’s sleep, says a team of Swiss researchers.”
It was my privilege on February 26, 2015, to record this interview with SleepASAP.

You are not alone, about the half of the global population are sleep deprived.
Today, we have 89 different diagnosable sleep disorders – most physicians can name only five! Sleep ASAP is a sleep management education organization, striving to achieve two main goals: raising awareness to the scope and severity of sleep deprivation in all its varied forms, and making the widest possible range of (non-drug based) methods for sleep management accessible to sleep strugglers worldwide to support informed decision making and empower people to choose the most suitable methods for them.
We inspire people to overcome the barriers for good night by providing useful tools and most importantly in a way that inspires them to think differently.
Hypnosis for sleep can help you to overcome insomnia and other sleep challenges so that you have a restful and restorative nights sleep. If you live too far from my Seattle hypnosis or Bainbridge Hypnosis office with Roger Moore, meet me online with the Hypnosis Health Info Virtual Office.
