We are having a wonderful and relaxing time here on Salt Spring Island. Sun feels so good! Last night we had dinner at the Rock Salt Restaurant in Fulford. I had a baked yam burrito with Ruckle Stew which is yam and kidney beans in a delicious curry sauce! YUMM! I am getting in a bike ride each day along with relaxing on the deck watching the sea life.
