The book is printed in the U.S. by Café Press, so when you click on this link, you will be taken to my secure order page on their website. Simply select the number of copies you want to order and follow the instructions provided. Your payment options are as follows: they accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via their secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. They do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal at this time.

You’ll be given a choice of shipping options, ranging from a low-cost flat rate up to overnight delivery. All copies on any given order can only be sent to one address. How to order 15 or more copies of the book

When ordering in bulk, you will receive a 20% discount off the retail price, so that each copy then costs $19.17. Please note that in order to qualify for this discount, all books in any one order need to be shipped to the same address. You can, of course, place multiple bulk orders and have each of those sent to different addresses. What you cannot do is order 15 books and have 5 sent to one place, 5 to another, and so on.

  • These orders are handled differently and processed directly through my office. Simply send an email to: orders@slenderforlife.com
  • State how many books you want to order.
  • The street address where you want them sent.
  • Your name and daytime phone number.

For this type of order, UPS ground shipping is the most economical, but if you have an urgent need for them, 2nd day air or overnight shipping is available for an extra cost. Unless you state otherwise, we’ll assume you want the lowest cost shipping option.

A real human (!) will process your order during normal business hours. You will usually hear back from us within the same day via email with an invoice for the books and the shipping, which you can pay using PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment service that accepts major credit cards, or your PayPal account can be set up for direct debit to a checking account.
