I made major life changes in 2019 and 2020 will be another year of creating change. One of the great advantages of vacations and road trips, are the opportunities to reflect on what’s working in life and what isn’t.
For a while now I’ve known that some changes had to happen here at Hypnosis Health Info. My very first blog post was on July 25, 2007. Now, with more than 4,600 posts and 495 pages, it’s just gotten to be too big and too unwieldy. There have also been changes in how Google does its thing which is hurting Hypnosis Health Info.
There are also some exciting projects I want to do that have remained on the back-burner for far too long.
So, as of January 1, 2020, there will be no more daily blog posts. I will post 3 to 5 times each month. Each day, you can find the daily Hypnosis Health Info suggestions for the day on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. Pinterest and on the Hypnosis Health Info Hypnosis Suggestions page.
The exact format of the posts and daily suggestions will most likely change throughout this new year as it evolves. I’m fairly certain there will be trial and error.
Your feedback is most welcomed and most wanted, as it will help shape the content that you do receive.
I thank each of you who faithfully read these posts and who tell me how much they have meant to you. I so appreciate your questions for Ask Roger – please keep them coming.
My hope and prayer for you in 2020 is that you are creating healthy changes in your life.
I’m reminded of the story of the young woman who cut the ends of the ham off before putting it into the pan to cook. Her children asked why shy cut the ends off. Her response was, “I don’t know, that’s how my mom always did it.” The young woman called her mom and asked why she cut off the ends of the ham. Her mother replied, “that’s how my mom always did it.” So her mom called the great-grandmother and asked, “Why did you always cut off the ends of the ham?” The great-grandmother replied, “because I didn’t have a big enough pan.”
Please, take time to reflect on the things that you do because that’s how you’ve always done them. Do they still work for you?
