Can you allow yourself to imagine just 7 days to health? Let’s be clear – I’m not saying that you will be perfectly healthy in just 7 days. But, 7 days on a whole-food plant-based diet will begin to lower your blood pressure, blood sugar and risk of a cardiovascular event.
Since 1997, I have supported people in Seattle, Bainbridge Island and online worldwide with making radical lifestyle changes to a low-fat, whole-food plant-based lifestyle. And, I do mean radical. Moderate change produces moderate results.
The data shows that making radical changes is actually easier and far more effective and lasting than moderation.
