7-Grain Bread RecipeThis 7-Grain Bread recipe is one of my favorite breads. It’s an easy bread maker loaf. Just put the ingredients in your bread machine and let it do the work. I actually use an oatmeal mix that contains lots of grains and wheat berries so that it has lot’s of texture and a great chew. The smell of this bread as it bakes is a scent from heaven. I eat it dry cold or toasted or I top it with some of my homemade blackberry jam. Hmm …. Hmm …. Good!

7-Grain Bread Recipe

Oatmeal Bread For Bread Machine

An easy low – rising bread – Vegan and fat free

1 1/8 Cups Water
1 ½ Tbls. (I use apple juice) Fruit Juice Concentrate
3 Tbls. Honey/Maple Syrup
½ to ¾ tsp. Salt ( I use ½ tsp.)
1 ½ to 3 Tbls. ( I use 2 Tbls.) Vital Gluten (opt.)
3/4 cup 7 or 9 Grain Cereal (oatmeal)
2 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 ½ tsp. Yeast

Use whole wheat setting for 1 ½ pound loaf.
