Great tip. I actually used this method at a restaurant we went to the other night. Not only did I eat more slowly, but when about half-way through the meal, I actually decided to ask for a doggie bag (something I never do!).
Even my husband noticed and asked why I didn’t finish my plate . . . not only did I save calories, but the cost of and time spent making lunch the next day.
