Heart disease

Another study shows that a component in animal products is linked to heart disease. This is not news – it’s just another confirmation of the more than 100 years of evidence showing that a whole food plant-based lifestyle is the healthiest way to live.

For almost 40 years, Dr. Dean Ornish and colleagues have documented scientific evidence that shows that changes in diet and lifestyle can make a powerful difference in your heart function and overall well-being.

Seattle Weight Loss Hypnosis with Roger Moore has advocated a whole food plant-based lifestyle since 1997. Why, because heart disease is recognized as the number one epidemic in the U.S. with approximately 1.25 million heart attacks occurring each year. It doesn’t have to be this way. In most cases, heart disease can be prevented and even reversed with a plant-based diet. It only makes sense to support my clients with healthy lifestyle adherence.

Hypnosis for Weight Loss can help you to end your desires for the Standard American Diet foods that make you fat and sick and help you to create healthy desires for the foods that make you slender and healthy. With hypnosis you can improve your health and your life.
