OK, I know that I have used this video before, but I totally believe that it is a worthwhile rerun. My question to you is: Are you ready to give up the cancer and obesity risks of animal protein? (That includes poultry and sea food as well)? I couldn’t imagine life without cheese. I’d open a can of stewed tomatoes and cook it with cheese. (I also weighed 110 pounds more than I do now!)
