I received this email from Justin in Seattle, who asked, “Can hypnosis help me to find joy in my life?”

Even though our office at Amazon looks over at yours, I like it that we can meet online and I don’t have to leave the building – which should give you an idea of how stressful my life is and how overwhelmed I feel.
