Hypnosis can help to reduce stress and anxiety
Yes, hypnosis can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Having said that, it’s important to be clear that all the hypnosis, mindfulness and other stress reduction techniques will never stop the stressors. The earth will continue to spin and each day will have its new challenges. The question is, will you deal with these challenges as an exciting adventure or with fear and dread?
Feeling stressed and anxious?
Hypnosis and the other mindfulness techniques that I teach can help you to change that. With self-hypnosis and other mindfulness techniques, you can get out of the fear and worry and use your imagination to create a positive future fantasy where you are calm and relaxed.
When you are calm and relaxed, when you are mindful, you are more able to focus your attention on constructive solutions to the stressors of life. With hypnosis you can be in control of your thoughts and your life.

Worry is wasted time and energy
I remember reading somewhere that worry is the most common form of suffering. In the Tom Hanks movie, Bridge of Spies, James Donovan asks Rudolf Abel, “Do you never worry?” Abel responds, “Would it help?
I have never heard an instance where worry helped. Worry is wasted time and energy.
We suffer from imagination
How many times have you worried about something that did not happen? We humans are the only animals that create stress with our own minds. Much of that stress, and the anxiety that accompanies it, is unnecessary. Most of the things we worry about just never happen.
You see it really all comes down to your imagination. Seneca said that “We are more often frightened than hurt; and we suffer more from imagination than from reality.”
Your imagination runs amok
Your imagination runs amok and creates all kinds of horrors that aren’t true. If you don’t use your imagination intentionally, it can be stolen by your fears. The result is that you are then trapped in your inner world of stress and anxiety.
Your imagination is powerful and imagination always wins out over willpower. You can be thinking over and over that you are calm and relaxed, but if you are imaging in your mind’s eye demons and monsters, danger signals are sent throughout your body resulting in all kinds of fight or flight chemicals.
Hypnosis help is here for you to take control of your imagination.
