I received this email from Amy in La Quinta, CA. who wants Hypnosis help for keeping New Year’s Resolutions:
“I’ve been thinking about again setting some New Year’s Resolutions but I have always failed miserably at keeping them. I want to lose weight, eat healthier, get to the gym on a regular basis and play the piano daily. (I haven’t touched it in over 2 months.)
My friend went to you for hypnosis and she says you are the one that can help me.
Are you accepting new patients and how soon can I start? I live in LaQuinta not too far from your office. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible.

Did you know that studies have shown that less than 25% of people actually stay committed to their resolutions after just 30 days, and only 8% accomplish them? I encourage you to not be part of that statistic. So, rather than setting New Year’s Resolutions, why not set SMART goals – goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.
