Are you ready for weight loss before the holidays?
This week I received an email from June in Dallas. She wrote:
“Roger, I need to lose about 200 pounds. I want to be able to sit on the floor with my new grandbaby and get back up. And, my doctor says I have to get my blood pressure down and that I am pre-diabetic. If I haven’t lost weight in the next two months, she will put me on medications. I don’t want to do that.
My sister went to you several years ago and lost over 50 pounds and she has kept it off. She swears by you and your Slender For Life™ program.
The holidays are rapidly approaching. I want to lose weight and I need to lose weight. But, should I start weight loss before the holidays?
