I was a Slender For Life client five years ago. I lost 65 pounds in 8 months and I have kept it off all these years. In the last few months I have been struggling. Right now I am up 5 pounds.
I’m re-reading your book and I have started listening to your MP3s. I remember you telling me about the importance of self-hypnosis and I admit that I have not been using it for most of this year. What’s the benefit of self-hypnosis and why is it so crucial? And, now that I think about it, I used self-hypnosis consistently until this year. That tells me it made a difference – but why? And, why doesn’t hypnosis last?
