My first blog post about aspartame was May 1, 2008. The scientific research over the past 10 years has continued to show the dangers of diet sodas and aspartame that is used in processed food.

Back in the days when I was obese I lived on Coke. On one of my yo-yo diets, I switched to Diet Coke. It wasn’t long before I was hooked. I started craving the stuff. Little did I know at that time how poisonous it is. I craved the stuff. A 6-pack-a-day became 8 a-day.

And if that wasn’t bad enough. I wanted to eat more. Thanks to the aspartame I thought I was hungry. Even though I was “dieting”, I gained weight.

Hypnosis for weight loss saved my life. Twenty-one years ago I went from 260 pounds to 140 pounds and I’ve kept it off. If you are living on aspartame or just want to lose weight, weight loss hypnosis can help you too.
