Avoiding Alzheimer’s
Avoiding Alzheimer’s disease is a topic on many peoples mind. I’m frequently asked about diet and lifestyle changes to help avoid Alzheimer’s.
Just this past February 20, I wrote a post, Prevent Alzheimer’s disease that reads “90% of all Alzheimer’s disease is preventable with a whole-food plant-based lifestyle. A whole-food plant-based diet helps maintain your brain throughout your life.”
People also ask me about hypnosis for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia.
Research shows that hypnosis helps people with dementia to improve concentration, relaxation, motivation, improve activities for daily living, improve memory, socialization and overall quality of life.
Hypnosis can help you to make and maintain healthy nutritional lifestyle changes and help you to mitigate the effects of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
I am happy to meet you in my Seattle in my office in the Medical Dental Building, in my office on Bainbridge Island and world-wide online.
