Banana bread
I grew up loving banana bread. In recent years I may have a bite or two at the holidays – but I always regret it. I’m disappointed because of the nasty aftertaste of butter.
You can bet that I got excited about this Blissful Banana Bread recipe. It has no butter, shortening or oil. I’ve already bought the ingredients.
The bananas ripened and I made this bread last night. It was really easy. I had to bake it 40 minutes, but it turned out really delicious.
I didn’t have almond milk, just rice and Soy Nog – so I used the Soy Nog.
We’ll be having toasted banana bread with our oatmeal Christmas morning!
