I love learning from my clients. Everyday you teach me about life, about myself and new and better ways of creating change.
A client and I were discussing the Becoming the Greatest Expression of You technique and she said, “You’ve got to believe it” for it to really work. My eyes lit up with excitement as I realized that this was an important and up until then, overlooked component of this process.
It’s not just enough to go through the words, memorize the joy, mentally rehearse being your greatest self and use self-hypnosis to remind yourself of who it is you are becoming.
You really do have to believe it!
You see, we only act on
and out of what we
personally believe to be true.
I knew this and I have implied it, but I had never incorporated the word belief into my description.
This was a true gift for which I will always be grateful.
Belief is your acceptance of an idea as being true. You can reinforce your beliefs until they become a automatic part of your thought process.
So in your Mental Rehearsal of Being the Greatest Expression of You, use all of your thoughts to produce an elevated emotion so that your body begins to emotionally believe that the future you is already living now.
It is your belief that creates the dynamic action that fires and wires new neurons together so that you create the new you.
If you are ready to Be the Greatest Expression of You, believe that it is possible and then achieve it.
