Every day this past week, a Slender For Life™ Weight Loss Hypnosis client shared with me how powerful this chapter is for them. Because this chapter is so important, I’ve decided to share a portion of it over the next few Saturdays.

Once you master self-hypnosis and get into a good pattern of daily use of the CDs and your personal hypnotic suggestions, you should see fairly steady progress toward your goal weight. This presumes, of course, that you’ve also made whatever adjustments were needed to the food you eat and your activity level. Beware of creeping complacency, however. After you’ve seen some results, you may be tempted to slack off a bit, to revert to some old behaviors.
