Paying the price
When you are pondering eating that cookie, that piece of candy or sip that glass of wine, stop and ask yourself: Am I willing to pay the price? Weigh your decision and ask: What is most important- this treat or getting to my ideal weight? Is this cookie really worth slowing me down from letting go of two or more pounds this week? You may decide that with your success at releasing weight, you are unwilling to slow down obtaining your goal weight. And if you are considering eating that cookie, that piece of candy or drinking that glass of wine, ask yourself: If I do eat it, how will I feel afterwards? Will I feel okay with having eaten it, or will I feel bloated, guilty and like I blew it?
