It is essential that you Joyfully BE the Greatest Expression of You. On Monday, I mentioned Joy – but it is such a critical element to Being your Best Self that I thought it important to spend a bit more time on it.
This is so important that you get this: It is not enough just to say the words you have written about Being Your Best Self. You have to repeatedly memorize joy. Repeatedly meaning several times a day everyday for the rest of your life.
Memorize this emotion. Memorize exactly where in your body you feel Joy and memorize exactly the physical sensations of Joy.
You’ve memorized anger, hurt, fear and sadness so well that it is automatic – it feels normal – you are used to it.
When you memorize Joyfully Being repeatedly enough with enough emotion those neurons will fire and wire together so that this becomes your new normal.
