Breast cancer survivor
“I am a breast cancer survivor and you were a big part of me being alive so that I could get my kids off to school today.
My first session with you was for depression. It was the very next day that I found out that I had breast cancer. That was two years ago.
It’s been 3 months since our last session and I want you to know that it was our hypnosis for cancer sessions and the Greatest Expression of You process that got me through surgery, chemo, radiation, months of feeling horrible and countless doctor appointments and hospital stays. Twice, they told me to have my affairs in order.
Hypnosis helped me to sleep, reduce stress, pain and all the other side effects of treatment. And, my Greatest Expression helped me to find joy and hope each day. In my darkest moments I didn’t think I could continue on. But then I would hear your voice reminding me to memorize the joy in my life. It was that spark of joy that made me hopeful for a better day.
I want you to know that our morning breakfast table conversation is a round of mentally rehearsing being our best self for the day. It’s made such a difference in our family. We all include the line, “My life is full of joy.”
I’m thinking that I will want to schedule a session or two with you before the holidays. I know that I have the tools to be on my own, but I’m going to gift myself with a mental and emotional “massage”. I’ll call you soon to schedule.”
