The body or research supporting the cancer-fighting and other health benefits of flaxseed s increasing rapidly. It was about 2 years ago that I really started looking into flaxseed. I had used it sporadically over the years, but not regularly.

For the past 2 years I’ve had at least a tablespoon a flaxseed every day – usually in my oatmeal. I purchase flax seeds at our local market and then grind them up as I use them. We have a coffee grinder that we keep just for flax seed. Both the whole and ground flaxseed is kept in the refrigerator.

There are so many great resources on the cancer and other health benefits of flaxseed. I’ve chose 4 to get you started. If you want more benefits, go to Professor Google and type “Flaxseed” in the search box.
