One-pot hearty recipe
I love fall vegetables and the one-pot hearty recipe from Dreena Burton’s Plant-Powered Kitchen has my mouth watering. I can just smell it baking in the oven! One of the many things that I love about this recipe is that it is so flexible with the possible ingredients.
As the recipe suggests you can switch up the beans. I imagine adding a variety of carrots. I think I’d try partially roasting the potatoes, carrots, garlic and other vegetables on the grill before putting them into the casserole dish.
