Classic Cajun Vegan Jambalaya
The ingredients in this Classic Cajun Vegan Jambalaya are so amazing that it has my mouth watering as I write this post. There are maybe two or three meat dishes that I sorta miss from time-to-time and one of them is jambalaya.
I’m not a big fan of fake meats like vegan sausage, but once in a great while, I will probably make this vegan jambalaya and use a plant-based sausage.
This recipe only takes 20 minutes to prepare and 2 hours to cook. I’m betting the leftovers for the second and third days will even taste better than the day you first prepare this dish.
