Have you ever had Cowboy Caviar? I love this recipe and it’s versatility. It is quick, easy to make, it’s healthy and amazingly flavorful.
This particular recipe is an appetizer but it’s really easy to add quinoa with it and have it as a salad or as a main dish. I sometimes eat it with the quinoa hot and other times I’ll eat it with the quinoa cold. Either way it is delicious!
I think that the Cowboy Caviar or the Cowboy Caviar Quinoa Salad would be colorful additions to any Thanksgiving feast. What do you think?
