Interview with Dr. Michael Klaper, a physician and nutrition expert and author. In the 1980s, he realized that many chronic diseases are caused by the high-fat and overly processed foods of the standard American diet or SAD. He shares when he became a vegan diet – he lost excessive weight and and his cholesterol level dropped – his overall health drastically improved for the better.
Dr. Klaper says, “To see the body make the transformations toward health, there’s an innate force. The body wants to be healthy. There’s such beautiful justice in the world that with the right food, the natural food of humans, the body reclaims its natural heritage of health.” The natural food of humans, he speaks of is a plant based.
