A couple of weeks ago in a Slender For Life™ weight loss hypnosis session at my Bainbridge Island office I shared with a client about a T shirt that I had seen on Facebook that read, “Ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.” We both laughed and thought that it was great.
