Diet soda cause cancer

Does diet soda cause cancer? Many studies have shown that it does along with contributing to obesity, diabetes, hypertension and a host of other illnesses.

Dr. Greger tells us that, “Aspartame is broken down into methanol, and the methanol is turned into formaldehyde, “a documented human carcinogen” by this enzyme here, alcohol dehydrogenase. The same enzyme that detoxifies regular alcohol is the same enzyme that converts methanol to formaldehyde.”

And please don’t think that it’s OK to drink regular soda – it’s not. Regular consumption of soft drinks — both sugar-sweetened and artificially sweetened — was associated with a greater risk of all causes of death, according to research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

I’ve helped hundreds of people with hypnosis to create a large amount of no desire for soda and other unhealthy foods and drinks and to create healthy desires for water.
