- Get in touch with memories where you felt good, where you felt happy. Remember a time when your heart is happy and your mind is peaceful and easy. When your spirit is playful. Allow yourself to feel loved and appreciated. Remember those days when it felt like life was on your side.
- Capture those wonderful healing feelings that promote well being and health by making a fist with your left hand. Soak up feeling happy, peaceful, optimistic. These are the feelings that are necessary to help you heal.
