Exercise benefits

I’m sure you know that exercise benefits your body – but did you know that exercise benefits your brain? I found this blog post on Important Facts About Your Brain (And Exercise Benefits) and wanted to share it with you.

People often come to me for hypnosis for exercise motivation. I love to hear their stories on hypnosis has helped them to get off the couch and move.

If you are struggling with the motivation to exercise, I’ll tell you what I say to my clients: Forget about wanting to enjoy exercise – the real question is what will you enjoy doing because you exercise?

Is it the clothes you will wear? Being able to get off the floor after playing with grandchildren? Do you want to have the strength and stamina to walk up down hills in a European village when you are retired? Is it to be able to live independently in your own home when you are in your 90s?

Are you ready to get off the couch and start moving your body? Then give me a call or email me now. Together, no matter where you may live, we can develop a hypnosis program for you.

2018 Tour de Palm Springs

I love to ride my bike and I look for opportunities to go on great rides. This is me on February 10, 2018, riding 102 miles in the Tour de Palm Springs.

I go to the gym and exercise so that I can hop on my bike and ride 100 miles or more without having to train. I can throw on a 60 pound back pack and hike 60 miles or more in the mountains without having to train.

For me, exercise is about having the liberty in my life to do the activities that I love.
