This weeks featured Slender For Life™ Recipe Library resource is FatFree Vegetarian Recipes. FatFree was one the first recipe websites that I started recommending several years ago. I love it that I can go there and click on Risotto and up comes more than 20 risotto recipes. The website isn’t fancy, but it’s practical. Recipes are well categorized and easy to find. I’ve found it easy to skip the cheese or other dairy products in the recipes that called for it.
