They may sleep too much, have little energy, and crave sweets and starchy foods. They may also feel depressed. Though symptoms can be severe, they usually clear up.
So, what do I do to minimize and overcome the affects of Seasonal Affective Disorder? First and foremost, I use self-hypnosis. In addition, I eat healthy and I exercise, especially cardio.
