It’s the day after Thanksgiving and I am wondering if you have given any thought to your food plan for today. If you are like most of us, you probably consumed more calories, more fat and more sugar yesterday than you normally do. I still remember the days of eating left over pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday following Thanksgiving. Actually, too often I didn’t have enough to make it through to Sunday because I’d already eaten it all. Thanks to self hypnosis for weight loss, I no longer do that. Today, instead of the fat, salt and sugar being in control of me, I am in control of me. I enjoyed pie yesterday at my family’s tribal feast. Today I enjoy vegetables, whole grains and fruit.
