The holidays are a time when most Americans gain weight. With hypnosis for weight loss, it doesn’t have to be this way. You can enjoy the specials foods of the holidays and still lose weight – or at least not gain weight. You can make it through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and still fit into those pants or zip up that dress.

You can go through the holidays without gaining weight and you can even lose weight over the holidays. You will learn how to recognize physical hunger from mental and emotional hunger and how to stop at just one cookie.

The average American gains 7 to 13 pounds over the holidays. People who are already overweight, generally gain as much as 5 pounds more than people who are slender. Worse yet, most people don’t lose the weight they gained. Hypnosis for weight loss can help you to enjoy the holidays and move closer to your healthy slender weight.
When you register for a class, I will email you a login link for Adobe Connect with instructions. If you are using a computer, you will need a webcam and headphones. If you are using a smart phone or tablet, go to your app store and download the free Adobe Connect App. You will use the login link that I email to you. Be sure to use headphones or ear buds to reduce background noise. Please be in a quiet location where you will be undisturbed during the class.
