Your Hypnosis Health Info Hypnotic Suggestion for today:
I’m getting even better!
Know your upper limit
Do you know your upper limit? Previously when I wrote that You don’t have to be sick to get better, I mentioned the upper limit. The upper limit is the peak of your success comfort zone.
Your upper limit is that measure for how much success, wealth, happiness, love, and intimacy you’ll let yourself experience.
For most of us, your comfort zone has no limit in keeping you from achieving and maintaining success.
Think about this: Where in your life have you set out to achieve a goal and never quite reached it? Or, where in your life have you achieved your goal, then stopped doing the successful behaviors that allowed you to achieve it and lost the success that you achieved?
I see that behavior frequently with most fad diets. People will start a weight loss program and lose weight. But then they stop using their Greatest Expression and they stop using self-hypnosis. Then, they stop eating healthy and stop exercising only to put all the weight back on or gain even more.
I’ve been hearing of this same behavior with the Greatest Expression of You.
Getting to know your upper limit is recognizing that lull of comfort. It’s a false sense of having “arrived” followed by an ever growing lapse of the successful behaviors that allowed for the success that you’ve achieved so far.
When you recognize this upper limit, you can change it. You can double down on your commitment to yourself and to using the Greatest Expression of You process along with self-hypnosis to push through this upper limit.
Allow for more
When you start feeling comfortable with being your best self, it’s time to up the ante. Acknowledge how far you’ve come and appreciate your achievement.
Then dig deeper and allow for more. Do all of this with joy, grace and with gratitude.
