I love vegetables!
In the Bible, Daniel 1:12 – 15 gives us the ancient wisdom of healthy eating that is still true today. In this story, Daniel asks that they be fed nothing by vegetables and only drink water for 10 days. At the end of the 10 days, the men who ate only vegetables and drank water looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate royal food.
Through out the ages, people who ate high fat foods had the diseases of kings and queens. Those who ate foods that were dug from the earth, picked off a plant or a bush, or out of a tree were healthier. This is true today. The bulk of your food should come from the produce section of the grocery store.
I sometimes hear “I crave protein” or “I miss my meat“. It’s not that they are craving protein – they are craving fat. It is physically impossible to develop a protein deficient diet based on vegetables and whole grains. If you are ready to be healthy, if you are ready to lose weight, hypnosis can change your food desires. Using self hypnosis you can easily change your craving for fatty foods for vegetables, fruit and whole grains. When you say “I like my KFC” – you are giving yourself hypnotic suggestions to crave greasy fat. So why not use hypnotherapy and give yourself suggestions like “I love my vegetables?!”
