I loved grilled vegetables so this Grilled Veggie Kebabs caught my attention. I cook out on the grill all year long in snow, thunder, lightning and rain – and especially in the summer.
Grilled veggies is one of my all time favorite ways to cook vegetables. We often fill our grilling baskets full of a variety of veggies, new potatoes and pineapple chunks – makes my mouth water just tapping away here at the keyboard.
The great thing about these veggie kebabs is that you can make it your own. Don’t like a veggie that in the recipe – then substitute it with one that you do like. Enjoy!
