I’m honored and excited to have been chosen to be a presenter at the Healthy Life Fest in Cathedral City, CA, Saturday, November 23, at the Town Square Park. You will find me and other wellness professionals at the Education Station during the event.
“The Healthy Life Fest is a festival full of inspiration, positive vibrations, entertainment and education about living a vibrant, well balanced, healthy sustainable lifestyle.
We will have natural product vendors sampling their products, educational speakers, live art demonstrations, yoga, meditation, wellness activities, musical entertainment, plant-based food vendors, games and more.
This is our first year participating with Cathedral City’s Hot Air Balloon Festival and we are excited to be involved.
We are hoping you will join us in this new adventure here in the heart of the Coachella Valley by supporting the growth of a vibrant and healthy community.”

At noon, I will describe Medical Hypnosis, dispel some of the myths about hypnosis, teach you some quick, easy and powerful mindfulness techniques and you will have the opportunity to participate in a hypnosis relaxation experience.

About the Hot Air Balloon Festival
The 6th Annual Cathedral City Hot Air Balloon Festival will bring 30 whimsical hot air balloons and specialty balloons to Cathedral City for three days of fun for the whole family! The new Amphitheater Park will open in time to host the Food Truck Fiesta. Kids will enjoy playing on the new playground and you can take group selfies in the Instagram Garden and Walk Through Balloon.
