Are you Becoming Slender For Life?
Take a moment right now and evaluate your life on a scale of minus 10 to plus 10 in each of these areas, the higher number indicating your greater level of satisfaction.
Physical can include your body, your health, and if you like, your finances and anything else you choose to include of this earth.
Mental is your mental clarity, your education, your ability to use your mind.
Emotional is your level of happiness, your moodiness, how you feel about yourself, your life and your world.
Spiritual is your experience of God, Spirit, your Higher Self or a Higher Power.

As an example, suppose that someone ranked their Physical level at a +7, their Mental level at a +4, Emotional at a -2 and Spiritual at a +2.
Left unaddressed, low mental, emotional and spiritual levels will drag the physical level down. Healthy eating and exercise are physical events. If we don’t change what we are thinking and what we are feeling and allow our spiritual growth, then we will not likely maintain our healthy eating and exercise. In addition to healthy eating and exercise, we must challenge our thinking, stretch ourselves emotionally and express our spirituality. But don’t try to focus equal attention in each area all the time. Sometimes your focus may be spiritual and other times it may be mental. Just like in an orchestra, sometimes the wind instruments dominate, while at other times, the string instruments do. What’s important is that you keep growing. I urge clients to explore dance, drama, continuing education, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, being more loving, open and vulnerable, and to allow their spiritual light to shine!
