Hypnotherapy for cancer
It is once again my privilege and honor to offer Hypnotherapy for Cancer for Cancer Pathways. Please join with us live online.
For more than five years I talked to groups of people throughout Puget Sound on behalf of Cancer Pathways (formerly Gilda’s Club) and now I am thrilled with the opportunity to do it again online worldwide.
In these four group sessions, I will share with you 1) How you can use mindfulness and self-hypnosis to help you to promote physical, mental and emotional wellness in your life. 2) I will offer you techniques to promote restful and restorative sleep. 3) I will show you simple, easy to use and powerful stress reduction techniques and how you can overcome fear, stress and anxiety. 4) You learn how you can change physical pain into comfort.
Throughout all four sessions I will clear up common misconceptions about hypnosis and provide information on how self-hypnosis can help people living with cancer and cancer survivors boost their immune system, increase energy, and manage treatment side effects.
