For over two years Hypnosis Health Info has brought you hypnotherapy news through these daily blog posts. When I first started Hypno News Now I thought it would be an occasional hypnosis article or information about weight loss hypnosis, or other self-hypnosis topic related to health and wellness such as stop smoking, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis or recovery from cancer along with information on stress reduction and hypnosis for anxiety. Hypno News Now has grown into a daily post that has been very educational for me and it’s readership continues to grow.

I look back at my beginning blog posts and chuckle at how simple they were. Today, the posts include photos or videos and Google keywords and hopefully hypnosis therapy information that you find useful along with the hypnotic suggestion for the day. The posts have become very time consuming and have limited my ability on other projects.

So, beginning this week, you will see changes with these free on line hypnosis posts on health and wellness. I will only be posting about 3 times each week in the format that you have become accustomed to. Throughout the rest of the week a post may only contain the hypnosis suggestion for the day.  (And there might be days where there is no post at all).  There will also be some days when another hypnotherapist may post a contribution. This week there will be a post from a hypnosis organization in the UK.

By cutting back on the time that I spend on bog posts, I will have more time to devote to developing and recording new hypnosis MP3 therapies, enhancing my medical hypnosis therapy, writing articles on and about hypnotherapy technique for health and wellness. The first items to be addressed are developing hypnosis CD‘s for autoimmune disorders, formalizing my hypnosis for cancer recovery program, completing the second edition of my book, Becoming Slender For Life and creating a teen version of Slender For Life™. If you have been following my posts and my HypnosisHealth tweets on Twitter, you know I am passionate about ending childhood obesity.

I am also inviting you to contribute to Hypno News Now. If you have a story that you’d like to share about how you have used hypnosis therapy in your life as an alternative therapy or as a holistic health approach to wellness, email it to me and I will consider it for a blog post. I am particularly interested in hearing from my clients from my Seattle hypnosis office, my Bainbridge Island hypnosis office and from my online hypnosis clients.

You will see some changes to Hypnosis Health Info. The Hypnosis CDs, hypnosis books and other items for sale will become more prominent to make it easier and more convenient for you to find. Many of you have commented on how the products are hard to find. I have listened and we are working to fix that for you.

Life is abundant and there are so many opportunities. I often think of it as I’m a little kid in a candy store. There are red, green, yellow, orange, purple, blue, pink, black, striped candies of every shape and size imaginable. I can have any of them I want. But, if I eat them all at once, I will be sick. So I am again faced with life’s abundance. There are many hypnotherapy treatment options. If I try to do them all at once, I will be sick and I won’t be good at any of them. it’s now time for me to choose a new candy!
