Focus on what you want!

Frequently clients say that they don’t want to crave chocolate. When I ask what it is that they do want, they often look at me puzzled – they can’t get beyond not wanting chocolate. Nature abhors a vacuum and if you take away the craving for chocolate you have a void that needs to be filled. So, if what you don’t want is chocolate, what is it you do want?  How about: “Fruit is my snack of choice”.
