Juicing is not healthy

Juicing is not healthy is a phrase that I have said many, many times over the past 21 years. Along with that, I usually say, “Eat the apple, don’t drink the juice.” Your food should look like God made it. If it’s been sliced and diced, avoid it.

I recently had someone tell me that he was juicing to lose weight. I asked him about why he thought that juicing would promote weight loss and he told me that the information came from the marketing material of the expensive juicer that he had purchased.

I asked him to do some research and find out what the non-commercial studies had to say about it. I saw him a few days later and he had already sold his juicer on Craigslist and was now eating whole plant-based food.

If you are serious about weight loss and improving your health, don’t buy a juicer. Call or email me and find out how weight loss hypnosis can help you.
