I can’t imagine a better way to return to mindfulness than self-hypnosis.
This video says it all. In my Seattle hypnosis, Bainbridge Island hypnosis and Forks hypnosis offices I tell my clients that the hypnotic suggestion that I use most frequently through out the day is “I am present and conscious in my body” – that’s how I return to mindfulness.
