- 2 Table spoons Mustard (I use Jack Daniels Spicy Southwest Mustard. Find one that you like that does not have corn syrup)
- 1 Table spoon Vegetable Broth (I use the juice from steaming the greens)
- 1 pinch Smoked Sea Salt (I like apple or Hickory)
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Serves 2 (I triple the recipe and store it in a container in the refrigerator for several meals)
Mix together and toss with greens. Can be served heated or cold.
