I have written before about Motivation and Weight Loss, Not Committed, and Commitment but it’s an important issue for many weight loss clients. When you set out to lose weight, people often have a need and are motivated. But, the closer you get to your goal, the less weight there is to lose and the motivation diminishes. After all, when you lose 20 pounds, you feel better.
