I heard on the Today show that most people who resolve to go to the gym give up by Valentine’s Day (in our gym it usually takes until March 1 before all the newbies disappear and we get our gym back). In past years, how long did your diet last before you put weight back on or how long did you stop smoking? So forget the resolution and make a DECISION. Make a commitment to yourself that you do not break
