I’m a big fan of roasted vegetables – I especially like them on the grill. Too often I’ve been places where the roasted vegetables are saturated in oil. I’ve always wondered “why” – there is no need for that.
There are many ways of have delicious oil free roasted vegetables. All you have to do is Google it and you will have multiple recipes to choose from. My advice – look through a bunch of them for ideas and then season and spice them up in a way that is delicious for you. Use your imaginative taste buds and have fun!
